HISTORICAL JAW HARP (mouth harp)

CUSTOM PRODUCTION BASED ON AN HISTORICAL 18TH CENTURY JAW HARP SHAPE

TRADITIONAL - HANDCRAFTED - AUTHENTIC!

We manufacture this special edition in the shape of a pear using traditional methods.

It is reminiscent of an old jaw harp shape from the 18th century.

Typical characteristics such as:

• Cornflower blue - refers to the color of steel after heat treatment
• occasional light shadowing

These small details and special features allow the conclusion to the traditional production method of our jaw harps.

 We see ourselves as an old craft business, so we follow and implement the old learned and recognized techniques of the jaw harp maker until today.

 And exactly this knowledge as well as the tools and machines some of which are centuries old which have been passed on from generation to generation in the Wimmer-Bades family in our workshop from then to now - we produce our traditional jaw harps.
